Meet The Doctors

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Lepore has impressive credentials which include completing a one year general practice residency at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York City and simultaneously working in three pediatric offices in the tri-state area. Dr. Lepore completed her pediatric dental residency at Columbia University New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Lepore is also recognized by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry as a board certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Lepore is an exceptional practitioner of Pediatric Dentistry who puts you and your child at ease with her tranquil demeanor. She truly enjoys working with children and their families to ensure a lifetime of healthy smiles. Dr. Lepore lives with her husband, daughter Finley and two Chihuahuas, Baci and Coco in Denton County.

Dr. Shah is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. In addition to private practice, Dr. Shah is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Baylor College of Dentistry, where she trains residents and dental students in clinical pediatric dentistry. Dr. Shah received her Bachelor of Science at UC, Davis and her Doctor of Dental Surgery at University of the Pacific, San Francisco. She completed her Certificate of Pediatric Dentistry and Specialty Residency Program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis.

Dr. Rogers is passionate about providing exceptional orthodontic treatment and helping her patients achieve a smile they love. She is a native North Texan and grew up in Plano, Texas. Dr. Rogers attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with University Honors. She continued her education at Texas A&M University - Baylor College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and was on the Dean’s Honor List each semester.

After dental school, she chose to specialize in orthodontics and was selected to attend one of the top orthodontic residency programs in the country at Texas A&M University - Baylor College of Dentistry. She completed her three year orthodontics residency of additional specialist training to earn her Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s degree in Oral Biology. After becoming an orthodontist, Dr. Rogers earned an additional certification to become a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction that has only been achieved by 1 in 3 orthodontists. Dr. Rogers is a member of the AAO.

Dr. Rogers enjoys spending time with her husband, Shane, and sweet son, Gavin. She loves trying new restaurants, traveling, playing sand volleyball, catching up with friends, and being a part of her local church.

Dr. Shidler hails from Grand Junction, Colorado, but has called Texas home for several years. She attended the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine for her DDS degree and received her Pediatric Dental Certificate from Texas A&M College of Dentistry.

Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Shidler served in the United States Air Force and completed a one-year residency in advanced general dentistry at Scott Air Force Base. She then served three years in Spangdhalem, Germany where she focused her efforts towards treating military kiddos. She and her husband, Sam, loved their time in Germany and were able to travel to over 20 countries while overseas! 

Dr. Shidler moved to the Dallas area in 2019, following her Texas sweetheart. They adopted a 90-pound fur baby, Woodford, and recently welcomed their son, Cooper, to the family this past October. Dr. Shidler is excited to be at North Texas Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics and working with this amazing team.
